Butterfly Amulet

The materials of butterfly amulets are generally 108 kinds of pollen, temple soil, special gems and various sacred objects for human relationships, so the amulets will emit bursts of floral fragrance, and the fragrance is very long-lasting. Butterfly amulets are a type of Thai amulets, and the most famous one is made by the great monk Kruba Jesna in northern Thailand. The butterfly image in the amulet is lifelike. In just a few years, it spread to all parts of Southeast Asia and is known for its strong popularity and good luck. It is said that one day, when Master Kruba Jesna was practicing, he saw a butterfly flying by, and suddenly he had an inspiration. He cleverly used the image of two spiritual birds (human-relationship birds) to re-make the butterfly amulet (human-relationship bird amulets, which originated from a batch of human-relationship bird amulets made of mud by Master Kruba Jesna during the period when he presided over and managed the construction of Mahawan Temple). The two Dharma images of a man and a woman in the butterfly amulet made by Master Kruba Jesna were interpreted by the master as the goddess Kali, the wife of the god Shehua. However, when it was launched in the early years, it was not accepted because people had never seen amulets made with butterfly Dharma images. However, over time, many people felt very lucky when wearing them, especially in terms of human-relationship and love luck, which often had significant changes. He was the second-generation host of Wat Rakin Temple at that time, and his master was said to be a master who had achieved the fruit of Arhat. He was the founder of Wat Rakhang Temple, who often showed his magical powers to transform sentient beings and save people in distress. His spirit of saving suffering and rescuing people was highly respected by local people.

It is said that one day when Master Pai Bu Tha Chan To was in meditation, he suddenly heard his master's voice: "Disciple, tomorrow morning's sunrise will be very special. Get up early and go to the beach to watch the sunrise!" Pai Bu Tha Chan To did not dare to neglect it and ran to the beach before dawn. Strangely, it was still dark at that time, but a white light had slowly emerged from the east, first from the tip of the foot, then slowly from the dome, then from the head of the Buddha, and finally from the entire most perfect statue of the meditating Buddha, which appeared on the eastern sea. There were three layers of Dharma seats under the Buddha's body, representing the perfect Dharma of the Three Treasures of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Master Pai Bu Tha Chan To shed tears of joy and prayed loudly, "Thank you for the gift, Master. This Buddha statue that rises before the sun will definitely bring happiness and peace to mankind. I will give it to everyone. Anyone who wears or worships it will have everything going well, make friends, and have endless wealth and happiness. I bow three times at the master's command."

After the worship, Master Paibuthrajanto kept the Buddha appearing on the sea in his mind, and the sun gradually rose. After returning, the master immediately made this bright and solemn Buddha statue with his own hands. He used sutra powder, incense ash, holy soil, rice grains left over from monks, monks' shaved hair, bananas, grains and other holy objects as raw materials to make amulets of various sizes. He then invited monks and nobles from major famous temples to bless this Buddha statue and hold a grand ceremony to bless and chant sutras. He made 84,000 amulets and then distributed them to believers who came to the Buddhist temple to make connections. According to legend, anyone who got a Somdej made by Ajahn Toh himself would become successful.
